General Terms and Conditions

Here at Aromaroma I  will try and  keep all my customers happy. 

Delivery costs will be added to your order. The final total will include the cost of delivery.

You have the right to cancel your order before we despatch it (orders are normally despatched within 2 working days), please email us to let us know about the cancellation at info@aromaroma.co.uk

Should you need to return your order to us (see the address on your invoice), it must reach us within 14 days from the day after the day on which you received it. Please pack it appropriately and include a note to tell us why you are sending it back. We will refund you within 30 days after receiving a cancellation notice

If you are cancelling your order because you’ve changed your mind then please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods.

If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of those products, you must return them to us within 14 days of receiving them. In this case, you will be offered an exchange where possible, or a full refund after we receive the returned products. In case of damaged or faulty products I will pay for postage costs.
